Thoughts and ideas after the strike period

Hi.

They were two long months of strike. During this strike I went to men's assemblies, self-training workshops and some marches. It was a long process of reflection on topics such as patriarchy, sexuality, bodies, etc.

Most of the time I tried to participate in assemblies of men. In these assemblies I learned a lot. Listening to my classmates I understood some of my mistakes. I also had the opportunity to share my experiences and discuss issues related to feminism.

The feminist strike in my opinion was very successful. The objectives of the strike were achieved. Both students and teachers have reflected on the issue of feminism in the return to university. This seems fundamental to me to reflect and try to change patriarchal practices. I totally agree to try to change. This is the different in me because before I did not understand well the importance of the problem.
